OK I’ve paid for my site(s). Now what?
Once you pay for your site, we need to get property information from you. You can email it to us, use Drop Box, enter it into our form, FTP it, or however you’d like. An email is the easiest but please call or contact us if you’d like to do it another way.
How long will it take to get my site up and running?
Once we receive your payment and site information (property info and images), we will have the site ready within 2 business days. Often it is MUCH faster and we can have the site for you within a few hours.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, as well as paypal, and checks. Websites are created after the payment has been received.
Can I get a .com domain instead of a .us or .info?
Yes you can, but since they are more expensive to purchase, we must charge more. The charge for a .com domain is $15 extra. Once you make your purchase, send us an email stating that you want a .com and we’ll charge you the extra $15.
How many images can I provide you?
We will post as many images as you would like on the “Photos” page. However, keep in mind that the more images you have, the slower that page will load. 20-25 images is perfectly acceptable but we’ve done sites with more.
How should I advertise my site?
Getting the Sign Rider option is the best way because as people drive by, they can see your site name (or QR code) and visit your site from their iPhone, Android, Blackberry or mobile device. But don’t forget to include your site name in your printed collateral and newspaper ads! Most MLS sites also offer fields where the website can be included. If you would like more advertising options, look at our other services and give us a call or send us an email.
What if I have a change in price or other details?
We can’t actively monitor your MLS so you’ll need to let us know when something changes. Just send us an email of what to change and we’ll do it as soon as possible.
How can I get the site taken down once the property sells?
Please send us an email and we’ll take it down.
